Dec 2006 SN9 uses more discriptive terms in the ststus bar and help screen.
Copy and Print are now seperate functions.

• SwissArmy editor deletes UNIX single character line ends.
• Read Only and hidden files can be safely viewed by appending a ; after the name
• Use SA.COM to print on any printer! (sends a tab for 1" left margin before each line, when in the 64 char wrap mode.)
• Or toggle to 80 char no margin mode.
• TOP takes the line you are on and puts it at the top of the screen.
• TRIM paragraph adjusts short and long lines to fit in 64 columns.
• Bottom of file is distinguished by gray screen.
• Has improved paragraph trimming routine in 64 column margin mode.
• Large cursor shapes is easy to find on LCD screen.
• Ctrl+Backspace deletes the word it is on; F2 undeletes the word or series of characters last deleted up to 80, OR a line feed; arrow and backspace keys now wrap to beginnings and ends of lines; can unwrap each paragraph individually for export to a wordprocessor (no HRT)

Can manipulate files up to 64K, or break up longer files and recombine the pieces. Works on any DOS PC. Requires 128K RAM and 6K (4K) floppy or hard drive space plus room for your working file and optional backup file. Displays number of marked lines to cut, paste, print, or locate, up to 2999. Automatically shifts 40 columns to show off-screen long lines, displays and finds upper ASCII and control characters, can reveal Tabs, Nuls, and ASCII 255. Allows overtyping without deleting tabs. Left and Right arrows stop at ends of lines while Ctrl+Arrows skip words and ends of lines. Enter, breaks the current line and positions cursor at the end of the next or opens a blank line by pushing the others down. Other features include: optional 64 column word wrap, case/non-case search and/or replace (including UNIX end of line characters), mostly single-key commands. Quick to use and does things other programs will not do, such as importing text files (under 64K) when writing email in Lynx for DOS or Nettamer.
